With a rich history of over 25 years in the field, they operate at four locations: Taunton, Bridgwater, Yeovil, and Plymouth, ensuring accessibility and quality care for those in need of support.
Secure, compliant infrastructure across four sites
When taking over Camelot Care's IT system, our focus was on enhancing security and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
By working closely with Camelot Care, we developed a tailored IT strategy that not only strengthened security and compliance but also enhanced scalability and reliability. This approach paved the way for a future-proof system that met their needs while staying within their budget.
One of our key priorities was to establish a more secure and reliable system, with Microsoft 365 serving as the cornerstone. Additionally, we invested in infrastructure upgrades across all four sites. Complete fit out of their new site in Yeovil, including CCTV monitoring, building wide WIFI, VOIP phone system, and network cabling. Company-wide VOIP system enabling local access to sites (nurse station and main reception) and group-wide access to shared resources such as HR and Accounts from any of the company’s various numbers. Upgrades to all site’s WAN (broadband), including a dedicated leased line at head office, and FTTP at all other sites. Server migration from onsite to Microsoft Azure Cloud. Migration to Microsoft 365 Premium from basic and standard for added security, compliance, and scalability. As well as data migration to Microsoft SharePoint.
